Description
Milk from A2/A2 Jersey cows, exclusively fed a grass diet. The farm does not give vaccines or hormones or use chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers on their pastures. They practice rotational grazing.
Farmer's statement: "We are trained in aseptic and sterile techniques and lean on this training to ensure we are delivering the highest quality raw milk. Monthly SCC tests are performed and we have plans to begin coliform testing as soon as funds become available for the equipment."
