Raw milk from Jersey cross cows and Nubian/Alpine/Saanen goats. Their animals are mostly grassfed, and what grain is fed is sprouted first, to release the enzyme inhibiting factors, thus increasing the nutrient value of the grain. They never use distiller's grain. Animals are grazed on annually soil tested pasture, with minerals, etc. added accordingly. Also, probiotics, and mineral supplements are given regularly. This small family farm offers farm-to-table products including raw milk shares from Jersey, Dexter Jersey Cross and Holstein. There is a one-time share purchase of $60, and then $8 per half gallon. The number of weekly jars is up to the shareholder. All milk is bottled in glass jars that must be cleaned and recycled back at the next milk exchange. Milk containers are then sterilized before the following bottling.

All cows and goats are fed on hay including alfalfa and timothy grass. Cows in milk are fed additional organic grain mix. No hormones or antibiotics are given. Cows are pasture grazed during the growing season on over 300 acres.
