Heritage Era in Tioga County, owned by the David Kline family, sells raw milk from their herd of Jersey cows in a self-service farm store which is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They are not open on Sunday. They are licensed by the State of New York and offer raw cream on the top milk in ½ gallon ($3.00) and 1 gallon ($6.00) containers. The farm store also offers baked goods from April to October (cookies, donuts, and bread), as well as maple syrup. If you plan to pick up milk in the afternoon you MUST call ahead to ensure that milk will be available. Pre-orders are preferred if you need quantities over 5 gallons and will qualify for a volume discount. (.50 off per gallon if purchasing 5-10 gallons and 1.00 off per gallon if purchasing over 10 gallons.)

Raw cow milk for sale. Herd is mixed including Brown Swiss, Jersey, and Holstein cows. Cows spend time inside and outside every day; fed a mixed diet grown mostly right on the farm. For large milk orders (more than five gallons), please call ahead. Milk is bottled fresh every day. $5 for a gallon and $2.50 for a half gallon. Farm store is open seven days a week 10 am to 8 pm. They also have fresh eggs, sweet corn, produce in season, and baked goods on the weekends - including pies, cakes, breads, and cookies.
