Goat milk (Nubian and Alpine) and cow milk (Jersey) is for sale in glass canning jars that are vacuum sealed for freshness. If the farm runs out of jars, they will use plastic jugs. $2/quart or $8/gallon. They sell a variety of cheeses including Brick, Cheddar, Chevre, Colby, Cotswold, Edam, Feta, Gouda, Havarti, Monterey Jack, Quark, and Swiss. You can try before you buy.  They have milk and cheese all year around. Yogurt is available in the summer for $3/quart. Text "goat milk" or "cow milk" to cell phone at 405-762-2898.  Give your name, where you are from, how much milk or cheese you want and when you can come to pick it up. Or go through their website to order, using the submission form. First time buyers must make an appointment before coming. No surprise visits, please. If you have a large cow milk order they can buy some from dairy friends to compete the order, but it may not all be from a Jersey cow, so let them know if you can't drink the milk from certain breeds.
