Raw dairy: Offers 100% grassfed A2/A2 raw dairy from cows, goats, and sheep including raw milk, raw cream, raw butter and ghee, raw kefir, raw buttermilk, raw whey, raw cottage cheese, raw colostrum, three types of raw yogurt, 26 varieties of raw cheese, and six flavors of raw ice cream.
Meat & eggs: They also offer beef and lamb (grassfed & finished); milk-fed pork (soy-free, non-GMO), chicken and rabbit (non-GMO); chicken and duck eggs (soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO). Products include ground, steaks, roasts, sausage, lunch meats, burgers, scrapple, liverwurst, bone broth, marrow bones, organs, raw pet food, and rendered lard / tallow.

How the animals are raised: The farm's livestock are raised using regenerative practices (such as rotational grazing, long rest periods for grass, and prioritizing soil health). The animals are moved daily to fresh green pastures (in season). In the winter, their diets are supplemented with organic alfalfa hay. They are never given hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, or dewormers; instead, they have natural immunity; they flourish thanks to the farm's pasture-filled grazing program. All livestock is processed carefully and humanely, on a small-scale, either at the farm, or a short distance from the farm. The animals are raised on rotational pasture (moved daily).

Choose a Location (includes Warehouse in Miami, Coral Gables, Tamiami, Kendall, Cutler Bay, and Fort Lauderdale), and you will see an estimated time of delivery associated with that location (late morning, or afternoon). The farm sends your orders from Lancaster County, PA, via a very cold refrigerated truck, directly to pickup locations every other Monday (and Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday).
