Farmer statement:

"Our girl Flye is a strictly grassfed Guernsey who has been tested to be A2/A2. She makes a milk that has the golden tint from being high in beta carotene as Guernseys are known for. Her diet consists of grass and organic alfalfa so her cream line is generous. Her cream makes butter and is highly nutritious. We test periodically to ensure the safety of the milk. Our milking system is efficient, easy to clean, and the milk does not have any exposure to the environment until it is in the kitchen to be put into containers. We also begin the cooling process immediately as the milk container is on ice as the milk is collected and then moved to the refrigerator as soon as the milking is finished."

A2/A2 Golden Guernsey Milk from cows raised on grassy fields that are chemical and pesticide free. During the winter months the cows are given hay grown from the farm's fields with the same high standards of quality. They are supplemented with organically grown, non-GMO feed during milking time. Cows are born and raised on their 100-year-old fifth generation farm. Farm pick up OR numerous drop-off sites are available. Family owned and operated. Dairy herd consists of Lamanchas, Nubians, American Alpines and a few Golden Guernseys. Goats are fed non-GMO grains and locally sourced alfalfa and haylage hay that has not been sprayed. Goats are able to browse and are fed best quality available. Half gallons are $7.50 and quarts $4.50. You can come to the farm or you can find the stores/drop sites that carry their milk (Directions to farm and other places to find milk are on Facebook or their website.)
