Facebook; McAllister Family Farm and Creamery. FTCLDF member. They are a herdshare, offering raw milk from pastured A2/A2 Jersey and Guernsey cows. They say their process yields milk that has a shelf life of at least 10 days. The cows are on organically managed pasture full-time, with local unsprayed grass hay, and a small amount of alfalfa hay. The only grain the cows receive is whole oats, whole barley and whole peas fresh ground into a mash at each milking. No GMO feeds are fed. The cows have 16 different free choice minerals available at all times to keep themselves balanced and maintain a healthy pH. Each cow is tested for somatic cell counts daily. Test results are available on-site to see. They fill half gallon glass jars. $56/share for one gallon a week for one month. $28/half gallon a week for one month. ($14 for one gallon or $7 for half gallon). Buy as many shares as you like. Thick heavy cream is available most of the time. The farm store is open 9 am-8 pm seven days a week and holidays for shareholder pickups. They offer a drop point in Eugene two times a week on Monday and Fridays if driving to the farm is not an option. The farm also offers free range organically fed chicken eggs, and free range organically fed duck eggs. Pastured lamb, and beef available at different times of the year, by the whole half. Separate cuts available. They offer grassfed ground beef year around in one-pound packages. Local raw wildflower honey is also available year-round in different sizes. Description

Facebook: texleyfarmfresh. Texley Sustainable Agriculture offers raw milk from a small dairy herd of Brown Swiss and Jersey Cows. During the grazing season the cows are grazed rotationally on pasture, and fed a basic grain ration at each milking that is milled on the farm. In the winter the dairy cows are managed on deep bedding and fed alfalfa, and are brought into the barn only when needed during inclement weather. Milk is available for purchase by appointment, however most supporters of the farm receive raw milk through a seasonal herdshare. A herdshare can be purchased for $40 and entitles each herdshare holder to receive 2 gallons of milk per week for an entire milking season. On a monthly basis, a fee is paid to the farm in proportion to the amount of milk received, the fee is equitable to $5/half gallon. (Example: for $20/month a herdshare holder receives a ½ gallon per week.) Raw milk pick-up is every Wednesday night at The Stirred Pot, a local café in Albion, at 5:30pm. At this pick-up location, you can also purchase eggs, chicken, seasonal produce, and place orders for pork and beef. On occasion products from other producers will also be available. If you are interested in receiving Raw Milk through a herdshare but live in a different community, you are encouraged to organize multiple households that are interested in using raw milk and set up your own raw milk pick-up. The milk will be bottled and ready for you on the farm, and it is up to you to distribute it to the herdshare members of your community. Compensation for your time, travel, and labor, is between you and the herdshare collective in your community. Please contact the farm if you want to set up a raw milk pick-up location. Texley Sustainable Agriculture also offers pasture raised chicken, pasture-raised and milk-fed pork, holiday turkeys, and grassfed beef. See other places where you can find products from this farm.

Organic dairy farm offering NY certified raw milk ($6/gallon in your own container) and eggs from naturally fed chickens (currently $3.00/dozen; bring any empty egg cartons that you have). Raw milk is available Tuesdays from 8 -10 am and 5:30 -7pm, and Wednesday from 8 -10am. You MUST call for an appointment to ensure that they have a sufficient quantity on hand to fill your order. NO Sunday sales. This Amish farm celebrates all Amish holidays and religious days, and on these days they do not sell milk, even if they are in the milk room when you arrive. Be sure to call ahead when you are planning to visit to make sure they will be selling that day. There is a sign at the road for this dairy. When you see the sign, look to your left and you will see a steel warehouse type building near the road, this is where you now pick up your raw milk.
