Raw milk cheeses made with milk from their pastured, mixed-breed herd of Holsteins, Brown Swiss, Guernseys, Jerseys and Milking Shorthorns. Cheese varieties include farmstead (regular and sharp), gouda (plain, caraway, cumin, jalapeno, fine herbes, peppercorn, smoked), Mutschli (a recipe from the mountains of Switzerland). Farm store hours are Mon-Sat 10 am-6 pm. Raw goat milk from Alpine and Lamancha dairy goats. The goats are maintained close to home, where they are milked daily with sanitized automatic milking equipment. The milk is immediately filtered and stored in glass bottles and placed in an ice water bath to cool the milk as quickly as possible to maintain quality and freshness. Milk is $6/quart with a one-time $3/bottle deposit. Also, beef from Black Angus Beef cattle, and pork from Berkshire pigs, chicken, duck and goat meat sold by the pound. All animals are grassfed. Farm store hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and Saturday; 10 am to 2 pm. Please call or text to make an appointment.
