The milk is immediately filtered into a refrigerated storage tank to cool the milk quickly to maintain the highest level of quality. Milk is bottled "ice-cold" in recyclable quartz glass bottles with a disposable tamper-proof cap. Milk is $7/quart with a one-time $3/bottle deposit. We guarantee 21 days freshness on all our milk. We also produce chèvre cheese, feta in brine, feta marinated in olive oil with herbs, ricotta cheese, kefir, kefir cheese, buttermilk, and creme fraiche.
