Herd is registered mini-Nubian goats. Small dairy licensed with the state of Idaho (permit #RGM079). They offer raw unpasteurized milk (whole or skim), kefir, chevre, mozzarella, ricotta. The herd is tested yearly by a veterinarian for TB and brucellosis. They have regular state milk tests. The herd has certified hay and some grain at milking.
