The cows are 100 percent grassfed. They are milked seasonally-April through October. Although the address is Helena, the farm is located between Goltry and Jet. Raw milk cheeses (aged a minimum 60 days) are available on farm and at the Tulsa Farmers Market. Pasteurized products (butter, Greek yogurt, ricotta) are available on farm and at the Tulsa Farmers Market. They also produce pastured eggs, grass fed beef and kitchen products.
