Brookby Farm is a sixth-generation family farm, owned and operated by the Vincents. Brookby has an on-farm market that carries grass fed raw milk (raw and A2 raw milk) in both plastic. Additionally, they sell five gallon buckets of raw milk for personal cheese making. Sustainable practices including rotational grazing and on-farm energy used from renewable resources. The market carries a wide array of products produced by Brookby and local farms, including: honey, coffee, maple syrup, granolas, pastas, homemade jams, meats, pasture eggs, fresh baked breads, cheeses, organic vegetables, and much more. Open Thursday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm (Closed: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Please check google for any hours updates and holidays.
