Farmer statement: "Liberty Rock Farm is a small family-run farm in Silk Hope, NC, rooted in the belief that the old ways of farming still have a place-especially when paired with smart, modern practices. We raise a small herd of A2/A2 Jersey cows on pasture using rotational grazing to build soil health, support happy animals, and produce nutrient-rich raw milk. They enjoy a treat during milking and are handled with care every step of the way. We sell raw A2A2 Jersey milk by the gallon, straight from our farm to your family. We strive to blend time-honored principles with intentional innovation to nourish people, animals and the land.
