Local Food Club

Raw Jersey cow milk, cream, butter, and drinkable yogurt for pet consumption only per Florida law. Locally produced, organic produce, farm eggs, and Amish cheeses also available. A grass-based Florida farm serves the club. The dairy is a Jersey herd where the cows are mostly pastured but get a commercial feed mix, during milking only, that is non-GMO and tested to be pesticide residue-free. The Jersey cows have free and unlimited access to kelp supplement to ensure that they get all the minerals they need. The milk has an exceptional cream line and long-lasting shelf life due to state-of-the-art milking technology in a clean milking parlor complete with de-stress mats and cow massage equipment.
