Award-winning raw milk cheeses from purebred pastured Jersey cows that are rotationally grazed and fed hay, supplemented with a small amount of grain in the parlor. No fermented feeds. Organic practices, no antibiotics or hormones used. Raw milk cheese varieties include a bloomy-rind Camembert style and a Tallegio, as well as Tommes, Goudas and Cheddar. Herdshare available - raw milk from registered, purebred Brown Swiss cows, tested to assure A2 quality. Cows are grassfed, without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Other products available include organic vegetables and free range eggs. Beginning September 2018, vegetables will also be available from their hydroponic garden year-round.
