Rustic Acres milk A2/A2 Jerseys on a small farm in Livingston, Kentucky. Cows are pasture fed and given a soy-free grain at milking time. No hormones are ever used and antibiotics are used only when medically necessary. They also offer shareholders access to cheese, butter, yogurt, kefir, ghee, and fresh cream. In addition to A2 cow milk shares, they also offer goat milk shares. They have a clean tested herd of Saanen goats they milk seasonally. Goat shares also include cheese products to share holders. Shares are also available for pick up on farm or at one of their drop locations in London, Corbin, Williamsburg, Somerset, Berea, and, starting soon, Manchester.
