Facebook: sweetlandfarm. Sweet Land Farm offers raw milk from their grassfed Jersey herd through their herdshare program. The cows enjoy a rotational grazing system, moving every 12 hours after each milking to a variety of annual and perennial forages. Sweet Land Farm cows are treated with herbs and homeopathy when needed and care and attention to detail are taken in the cleanliness of milking practices and equipment. At milking, the cows enjoy a small amount of locally grown, non-GMO grain. Shares are delivered weekly to drop sites with convenient pick-up times and locations in: Afton, Belmont, Blacksburg, Charlottesville, Christiansburg, Floyd, North Garden, NE and SW Roanoke, Rocky Mount, Smith Mountain Lake area, and Willis.
