Description
SOVA Farm is a Certified Organic farm with a couple of grass-fed only, A2/A2 Jersey cows, producing fluid raw milk. The milk is only sold on the farm in accordance with New York State regulations.
They also raise lamb, pork, layers, and meat birds.
Farmer's statement: "Our goal is to raise, on a humane basis, the best food possible. Free from chemicals and synthetic fertilizers. We are also members of the Real Organic Project."
