Raw goat milk available.

Farmer statement:

"We are a small, family-owned organic farm located in the hills of northeast Tennessee. Our Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats are rotationally grazed on pesticide-free pasture, producing clean, nutrient-rich raw milk in a regenerative and humane environment.

In 2024, we became a RAWMI-listed farm (Raw Milk Institute), demonstrating our commitment to excellence in raw milk safety and transparency. We follow rigorous sanitation and herd management protocols and conduct frequent bacterial and quality testing to ensure the highest standards for our milk.

Our raw goat milk is available for on-farm pickup, pickup at the Market Square Farmer's Market in Knoxville (June-September) and limited local delivery by appointment. Please contact us for current availability, pricing, or to learn more about our farming practices and testing protocols."

Whole raw milk, cream, butter from cow, goat, and sheep. Free range grass and hay-fed. Hay is plain prairie grass mix and limited alfalfa hay that is old stand and old genetics no spraying. Grain is oat, barley, and flax. No corn and no soy. No fish or fish byproducts. All dairy animals are veterinarian tested annually free of TB. Tested triennially free of Brucellosis. The farm is tested Johnes-free and the sheep are also tested OOP Free. Copy of test provided upon request. Milked by closed machine milking system, filtered, and chilled in half gallon glass mason jars. Cow milk is $5/half gallon, Goat milk is $8/half gallon, Sheep milk is $10/half gallon (limited seasonal availability). Farm pick up or town delivery to central pickup location (Immanuel Lutheran Church on 5th Street across from the hospital).
