They have fresh milk from a Guernsey cow, milked daily with a machine, and the milk quickly chilled. The cow is fed a strict diet of grass and alfalfa only. They do not feed any grain. They raise all of hay and alfalfa on their property without pesticides or herbicides. They fertilize only with composted manure and lime. They also have cultured buttermilk and yogurt, butter, sour cream, and cottage cheese available upon request. Honey from their honeybee apiary is also available. Farm visits are welcome.
