To reach the store use the 1410 Coyote Lane address, then turn down Orion Rd. (a dirt road) and go approximately 300 yards. The store will be on the left. It is a white metal building with red trim. Certified Organic, strictly grassfed. Jersey Guernsey crosses, and some Holstein crosses. Raw pet food milk ($9/gallon), raw pet food kefir ($9/half gallon), grass-finished beef, in-season produce, pastured chickens. Cowshare program: $200 to join (refundable) $30 a month to receive one gallon of milk a week. Pick up at the farm, or Purple Porch Co-op. Regular deliveries also made to South Bend. Farm times are 9 am - 5 pm, Mon.-Tues., Thurs.-Fri., and Sat. Purple Porch times are 5 -7 pm Wednesdays; 9 am - 1 pm Saturdays. Come any time during open hours for a tour. Woodview Acres has milk available through herdshare agreements. They use organic practices as much as possible. Their farm is Certified Organic but the cows are not certified. They are 100 percent grassfed with all the forages raised on farm and organic. They also have yogurt, kefir, cream, and grassfed pork and beef available. Herdshare owners may pick up milk at the farm or at one of the drop off points.
