Raw milk from a mixed herd of mainly Jersey and Lineback breeds of cows, with some cross breeds. Certified Organic as of May 2009. Herd is rotationally pastured during the summer and fall, housed in the barn winter and early spring, fed haylage and small amount of Certified Organic grains. Must call ahead.
