🌱 How We Farm:
Rotational Grazing: Our cows and livestock are moved daily during the growing season to ensure clean pasture, soil regeneration, and animal wellness.
Multi-Species on Pasture: We mimic natural ecosystems by grazing different species together—boosting fertility, breaking pest cycles, and improving forage diversity.
No Corn. No Soy. No Compromise. Every product is thoughtfully raised for maximum nutrition and transparency.

We're Stephen & Elizabeth Stoltzfus, and with our two boys, Leroy and Chris, we’ve proudly continued our family's agricultural heritage as the first generation practicing regenerative farming. After relocating from Lancaster County, PA in 2022, we’ve been nurturing 146 acres of rolling pasture here in Thurmont, MD.
Our herd includes:
50 grass-fed milking cows
6 grass-finished beef cattle
300 pasture-raised laying hens
15 happy pigs
5 mules & 3 driving horses
All of it managed with respect for creation, stewardship of the soil, and care for our customers’ health.
We’re thankful for our dedicated team and thrilled to serve our community through our private buying club and on-farm offerings.
