Alday Farm offers dairy products from 100% grass-fed Jersey cows. They are never fed grain. The cows are offered alfalfa pellets at milking and have free-choice minerals available. In the winter months, straight molasses licks are available free-choice, along with hay harvested from the farm. Alday Farm sells fluid milk, cream, butter, cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir, and some fresh cheeses at various locations.
