LaMancha goat machine milked with in line double filter then quick chilled. Goats are on milk test this season. Milk will be checked monthly for bacteria, fat and protein. Animals are fed a non-GMO diet and unsprayed hay. In compliance with Alabama State law, milk is sold for animal consumption. Purchases are made by appointment only. Please bring your own containers.
