They sell the following pastured products (no antibiotics or hormones used): Raw milk from pastured Jerseys (available Mar.-Nov. as milk, kefir, buttermilk, yogurt, and other dairy products); roasting chickens and eggs (raised in open bottom pens and moved to fresh pasture daily; with poultry netting used to protect them from predators); beef (unusual breed of Belted Galloways, strictly grassfed, no chemicals or grain used), lamb (limited, sells out immediately in the fall); and organic vegetables when available, all sold from the farm store on the premises.
