Free-range style goats, no corn or GMO alfalfa. Shares cost $15/month in exchange for one pound of cheese or four quarts of milk per month. Return milk jars for $1 credit and chevre containers for 50 cents credit. They specialize in hard aged cheeses as well as soft cheeses: cheddar, monterey jack, colby, farmstead, swiss, cheshire, gouda, chevre, mozzarella, feta, brie, and more. One soft cheese offered each market. Hard cheeses are vacuum sealed and stay good until opened. Current cheese list posted weekly on Facebook.
