"Our girl Flye is a strictly grassfed Guernsey who has been tested to be A2/A2. She makes a milk that has the golden tint from being high in beta carotene as Guernseys are known for. Her diet consists of grass and organic alfalfa so her cream line is generous. Her cream makes butter and is highly nutritious. We test periodically to ensure the safety of the milk. Our milking system is efficient, easy to clean, and the milk does not have any exposure to the environment until it is in the kitchen to be put into containers. We also begin the cooling process immediately as the milk container is on ice as the milk is collected and then moved to the refrigerator as soon as the milking is finished."
