They produce raw milk, A2 milk, cream, yogurt, and kefir from their herd of grass-fed Jersey and Jersey-cross cows. Rotationally grazed on green pastures and supplemented with barley grass fodder, alfalfa, and hay in the winter: No grain, no GMOs, no hormones, no steroids, and no antibiotics. They follow humane and organic practices but are not certified. All of their calves get to nurse their own mother. All of their milk is A2, from cows genetically tested and confirmed to be A2/A2.
