Farmer statement:
"Cedar Cove Farm is an Amish family dairy owned by John and Barbara Stoltzfus. We’ve been raising cows for generations, and our entire herd is DNA-tested 100% A2/A2 (every cow, not just some).
Our cows eat chemical-free Western Timothy hay, quality grains, and a custom mineral mix. We chose to be licensed by the state of Pennsylvania for raw milk for human consumption. That means regular in-person state inspections and bacteria testing twice a month.
Products: raw milk and cream, butter, cultured dairy, and fresh and aged cheeses. All raw, all from our own herd."
How to get it:
Local delivery: Mondays, $3.50 per trip, no minimum
Shipping: arrives Wednesday–Friday, $50 minimum
