Whole, unskimmed, raw milk from a 3/4 jersey, 1/4 guernsey cow. They calf-share, so many times she is raising a calf and gives less cream. When her calf is old enough to be weaned, she gives up usually around a quart of cream on a gallon. So there are seasons where the milk may be different.  You must provide your own glass gallon or half gallon jars and pick up at the ranch.
