Milking done by machine, strained and chilled immediately post-milking. Sold in half-gallon new plastic milk jugs with tamper-evident caps. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each milking. Clean tested herd for Q Fever, Brucellosis, Johne's, CL, and CAE each year.
