Cream and Crop

Raw cow milk from Jersey, Jersey-cross, Milking Shorthorn and/or Holstein-cross cows, sold by the gallon and half-gallon. The animals are mostly grassfed, with organic methods used as much as practical and possible. They are machine milked and the milk is quickly bottled. Cows and chickens are free to roam.
