Finchville Dairy at Walton Farm

Finchville Dairy is a seasonal, grazing, micro dairy. They are not organic because that has become too political, instead they follow sound biological principles. Their small herd of Jersey-Holstein crossbreds graze year-round and are supplemented with dry hay in late winter and early spring when the grass is “washy”. These cows are not fed grain.
