They are using regenerative practices, rotationally grazing, milksharing with calves for 5+ months, leaving horns on calves, and feeding small amounts of non-GMO grain at milking time.
Some of their value-added products (beyond milk) include cream, butter, a cheesy spread, kefir, and yogurt, in limited quantities.
They are happy to be revitalizing their land with the help of their small herd. They are interested in finding hosts for additional drop locations in Willis, Hillsville, and Indian Valley.
