Description

Gruber Farmstead is a raw milk micro-dairy with grassfed Jersey cows. Located 40 miles west of Eden Prairie off Highway 212. Flexible pickup available on farm just north of Glencoe.

Farmer statement: "The cows are fed from our own hayfields and get only a small amount of grain as a treat while milking. The cream-top milk is perfect for making butter, yogurt, sour cream and cheese! Current prices are $4 for half-gallon (plus jar exchange/deposit). We also sell skim milk, pints or quarts of cream, and free-range eggs."
