Headwater Hills offers a limited number of raw milk herd shares from their small Nubian goat herd. Goats are pasture raised with daily hands-on care, clean housing, and a strong focus on animal health and milk quality.

Herd share options:
Whole share
- One-time herd share fee: $40 (establishes co-ownership in the herd)
- Monthly boarding & care fee: $80 during the milking season
- Milk allocation: Approximately 1 gallon of raw goat milk per week, averaged over the season
Half share
- One-time herd share fee: $20 (establishes partial co-ownership in the herd)
- Monthly boarding & care fee: $40 during the milking season
- Milk allocation: Approximately ½ gallon of raw goat milk per week, averaged over the season
As a herd share member, you legally own a portion of the herd and receive milk from your animals. Pickup is on a regular schedule. The farmers prioritize clear communication to make the experience easy and enjoyable.
