Farmer's statement: "We are a third-generation dairy farm. The farm has been in the Hoff family since 1918. We sold most of our herd in 2022. We kept a few dairy cows to milk for ourselves and for our grandchildren to be able to show for 4H. The cows we milk are tested for the A2/A2 protein. The ones we currently milk both are A2/A2."
