A small family farm, owned and operated by Scott and Anna Hoffman in Central Illinois (Fairbury).
Raw cow milk comes from our small herd of Jersey cows.
It is never shipped in from another farm. Milk is tested monthly to keep raw milk license up-to-date!
They bottle their raw milk in plastic gallon jugs for your convenience (jars available for routine pickups)

*Duck eggs (seasonal)
Chickens and ducks are free-range, meaning outside with no fences.
All animals (except goats) are fed a local non-GMO feed mix.
*Handcrafted goat milk soap and other bath products that vary by season.
*Raw honey from our hives or a close neighbor.
*100% maple syrup (seasonal)
