Herd of Lamancha goats and Jersey cow raised on pasture/browse, organic garden vegetables, local hay, and a home-mixed diet of oats, peas, flax seeds, alfalfa, and kelp. No commercial feed. No GMO. Goat and cowshares available. Have raw milk, and raw milk products such as: cream, butter, yogurt, buttermilk, and soft cheeses. Delivers weekly to Oak Ridge, monthly to Knoxville.
