Raw Jersey/Normande /Brown Swiss /Dutch Belted cow milk and Alpine/Nubian goat milk available. The cow herd is pasture-grazed year-round (weather permitting) on pesticide and herbicide-free pastures. The goat herd is raised on the same pastures as the cows and has access to trees and some browse. Cow milk is available year-round, but the goats have a dry period during the winter. Farm visits are encouraged and by appointment. Herdshares of milk and/or cheese, butter, yogurt, and other dairy products can be picked up at the farm or at limited area locations. They also sell grassfed and heritage beef, pork, lamb, and goat, eggs, produce, and honey at the Owensboro Regional Farmers Market, Owensboro, KY, April – October on Saturdays from 8 am – 1 pm.
