Raw milk from small herd of mainly grassfed Jersey and Guernsey cows. They are machined milked and the milk is bottled in half-gallon returnable and reusable glass bottles. A one-time bottle deposit required. All cows are tested for TB, brucellosis, and Johne’s disease. Also available are pastured broiler chickens, Thanksgiving turkeys, and pastured laying hens for brown eggs. Grass-finished beef also available in quarters, halves, whole, and by the cut. All animals free-range the farm and have a 100 percent vegetarian diet (no animal fats in the feed to boost protein). No hormones or antibiotics used.
