Raw milk from Jersey cow herdshare.
Farmer statement: "We have a handful of remaining spots in our cow herdshare. Our Jersey cows are primarily grass fed (premium hay from a local farmer) with access to pasture. They are fed a small amount of alfalfa, barley, oats, and beet pulp at milking time to keep them happy. We never feed soy. We have a mineral buffet available at all times to make sure everyone has the proper nutrients for healthy milk. Herdshare members are provided full creamline milk. We do not skim any cream so that you can make butter and ice cream to your heart’s desire. Pricing and sanitation procedures we utilize are listed on our farm webpage linked above.
