Our family-owned farm produces raw, organic, grass-fed, A2/A2 milk from cows. Our cows are tested for the A2 variant and are never vaccinated. Our heard consists of four breeds and are grazed on pasture, providing them with over 20 different species of grass and legumes along with many native species. We practice rotational grazing, the chief principal of regenerative agriculture, and the herd is moved to new pasture daily. The only supplement we use is mineral rich Redmond's Real Salt.

FARMER's STATEMENT:
My wife and I have cared for and milked cows for 45 years, we give them top care while using no antibiotics, vaccines, or supplements - just the nutrition and sunshine God provides. By living by these proven agrarian tenants, our milk is the most nutritionally dense and flavorful milk available to consumers today. AK Mountain View Family Farm provides raw cow’s milk through a private herdshare program to their local community in Fairbanks and surrounding areas. Cows are fed hay and supplemental grains.

The farm also offers a variety of seasonal products, which may include:

• Raw cream, butter, yogurt, and sour cream (when available)
• Eggs
• Local meats (beef & pork)
• Honey and other homestead goods

"Our cows are raised in low-stress conditions with plenty of fresh air, clean bedding, and daily hands-on care. They are fed a carefully balanced, high-quality diet that includes premium hay and supplemental grains as needed for optimal health and milk quality. Animal wellness is a top priority, and we follow strict sanitation practices in our milking process to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Our milk is lab tested to ensure safety."

The Family Cow offers organically grass-fed, raw dairy products from Jersey cows, including raw milk, butter, cream, cheese, and kefir. They also offer many other foods, all of which are free of chemicals, antibiotics, and soy. Animals are humanely raised and truly pastured. This includes 100% grass-fed beef, pastured chicken and eggs, pastured pork, wild-caught salmon, kombucha, homemade bread, raw honey, and more. Food is delivered to 55 pickup locations across Pennsylvania. Order for your nearest location online and the foods will be delivered each week at most places and bi-weekly at others. Home delivery via UPS is also available nationwide for all these specialty foods except raw milk due to legal challenges.
