Family owned and operated farm offering goat milk shares from their registered Alpine herd. The goats are raised on pasture and locally grown hay. Feta, ricotta and chevre cheeses available as well as kefir. Organic English Muffin bread (made w/ kefir) available on request. A variety of farm-made goat milk soaps are also available. Cowshares available: Two Jersey cows milked twice a day and fed a grass and hay diet with some chop feed at milkings. Shares represent one milking (usually about 1 gallon of milk) and cost $52 per share for the lifetime of the cow.
