Grassfed dairy offering raw milk herdshares. Members of the Raw Milk Association of Colorado. They also offer 100 percent grassfed beef, pastured pork, 100 percent grassfed lamb, and pasture-raised eggs. Though not Certified Organic, they strive to go above and beyond organic principles. Use of the holistic management model, short-duration, high-intensity grazing followed by long recovery times for the plants is proving to improve degraded landscapes, build soil, and sequester carbon.
