Rancho del Gallo Dairy runs A2 Jersey Cows, managed using the Trinium Method of agriculture, which is based on biodynamics but taken to a new level of efficacy and potency through the use of homeopathy. Cows are all grassfed and their hay is produced in pastures onsite, managed with Trinium methods.
