Stablefood

Stablefood has offered a Jersey herdshare since 2007, via on farm pick up only, and by contract only. As of 2022, the cost is $52 per month for one half-gallon per week picked up on farm by appointment time/day. You provide your own clean jars. Each half-gallon of whole raw milk usually has about a pint of cream on top. Natural improved pasture is available to the milkers from March through November with (non-organic) alfalfa supplementation. For 2023, they will be fed additional COB (corn, oats, and barley) grain because of alfalfa cost and availability. Phone number can be called or texted. Email available stablefood@gmail.com.
