They machine milk a small herd of registered Jersey cows and a handful of goats. Some cows have tested A2/A2, they have not tested them all. Animals are pastured year-round (grass, hay, and alfalfa), and a custom mixed grain ration (locally grown corn and soy protein, non-GMO when available) is fed at milking. Cow milk is available year-round and is $5/gallon. Goat milk is seasonal, call for price and availability. Broiler chickens, beef, and milkfed hogs are sometimes available. They also sell family cows. Delivery for milk is available, a weekly delivery is already established to Jefferson City and Fulton. See other places where you can find products from this farm.
