Sweet Briar Farm

This farm is located in Hernando County, convenient to both Spring Hill and Brooksville. They raise and breed only purebred Nubian goats that are known for their mild sweet creamy milk with high butterfat. Their raw milk is sold in new gallon jugs with locking lids. They also offer various handcrafted artisan cheeses, yogurt, and pastured free-range vegetarian eggs. Pick up at the farm by appointment only. Visit their website for more information.
